If you or your family have never had a spinal check up then call our office today at (260)925-0357 to schedule! We welcome you and your family and we will work with your budget. Our office gladly accepts most insurance, including Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, Lutheran Preferred and many more.
